Information

• Minimum opening order - $300.
• Reorders - $200; $20 service charge for orders accepted under the minimum.
• Immortalis Botanicals reserves the right to cancel any backorders without notification.
• All orders and backorders will be shipped without prior notice, unless otherwise specified.

• All prices are subject to change without notice
• Items are billed at prices in effect at time of order.
• Custom work is available-pricing available upon request
• 50% down payment at Immortalis discretion required for special designed order items.

Payment Terms

• Opening orders must be Visa or MasterCard.
• Customer authorizes any/all charges associated with this order to be charged on their credit card.
• Net 30 terms are available with approved credit. Credit application with sufficient trade and bank references must be submitted for credit approval.
• Past due invoices will be charged an interest at the rate of 2% per month on any unpaid balance.
• A $30 fee will be charged for any returned check due to non-sufficient funds (NSF), along with the amount of the NSF check.
• All customers are required by law to supply a state sales tax certificate.

• Our products are handmade. Actual sizes, colors and arrangements may vary slightly.

Returns/Claims

• Please examine your order upon arrival for any discrepancies.
• UPS damage claims must be reported to the driver upon delivery.
• Claims must be reported within seven (7) days of delivery.
• Immortalis Botanicals will not accept freight/common carrier damage claims. All breakage claims are to be addressed directly to the carrier, and damages must be reported to the driver upon delivery.
• No returns will be accepted without our return authorization (RA) number. All packaging material must be saved for shipper inspection.
• Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee in addition to all shipping charges incurred.
• Any return shipped and received back to Immortalis Designs broken because of inadequate packing material will not be credited.
• Authorized returns will be in the form of credit memo only.
• Any credit will be kept as a company credit and applied to your next purchase.

Shipping

• Special routing information must be specified or we will ship at our own discretion.
• Customers categorized as a residential delivery will be subject to potential shipping charges as deemed by selective carrier.
• Special handling requests may be subject to an extra charge.

Custom Orders

• All custom orders must have an established ship date. Merchandise will be held as a courtesy for thirty (30) days.
• All orders that remain in inventory at Immortalis Botanical's facility beyond the thirty-day grace period will be billed at $100 per month for each pallet that is stored. These rates are billed as a flat monthly fee, with no allowances for prorated totals.
